This page describes the current Arcacase demonstration. Definitive seller details, prices, delivery terms, returns information and terms of sale will be published before paid orders open.
Product purpose
Arcacase is intended solely to organize and carry compatible everyday essentials. It is not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat or prevent any condition.
Arcacase is not designed or tested to protect its contents against impact, pressure, crushing, drops, water, moisture, dust, temperature changes, contamination, theft or other damage. Follow the storage and transport instructions supplied by the manufacturer of every medical product you carry.
Configuration preview
The configurator is a visual concept preview based on selected products and available dimensions. It is not a production drawing, medical recommendation or guarantee that unconfirmed products will fit. Images may show concepts and may differ from the final case.
Before paid ordering opens, checkout will identify the exact preset or custom configuration being purchased, its price, delivery terms and any applicable right of withdrawal.
Fit promise
If a product listed in the customer’s confirmed configuration does not fit the delivered case, Arcacase’s intended commercial promise is to provide a replacement case designed to fit that product. The final promise will state how to report a problem, what evidence is needed, the response period, shipping arrangements and reasonable exclusions.
This extra promise does not limit statutory consumer rights or the legal guarantee for goods.
Current data use
The current demonstration has no account system, checkout, analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter form or active request form. Product choices remain in the open browser page. “Save configuration” creates a JSON file on the visitor’s own device. The website does not intentionally submit or store those choices.
The request endpoint is disabled and rejects submissions. When the site is published, the hosting provider may process limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the website. A complete privacy and cookie notice will be published before analytics, forms, accounts, payments or marketing tools are activated.
Before sales open
Arcacase will publish the legal seller’s identity, physical and email address, KVK and VAT details where applicable, product characteristics, total price, payment and delivery arrangements, complaint procedure, legal guarantee information, withdrawal information and final fit-promise terms before accepting payment.
